    Part B

    Our oven cleaning services

    07.Quotes and estimates

    • A quote is a fixed price for the work described. It is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
    • An estimate is our best guess of the cost based on what we know. The final price may change if the job turns out to be different from what was expected.
    • If we find extra work is needed, or you ask for changes, we will tell you the extra cost and get your agreement before carrying on.

    08.Booking and access

    • A contract is formed when you accept our quote or estimate and we confirm the booking.
    • You agree to give us safe and reasonable access to the property, along with water and electricity, at the agreed time.
    • If we cannot get access at the agreed time, we may charge a reasonable call out fee to cover our lost time.
    • We aim to arrive at the agreed time and will let you know as soon as possible if we are running late.

    09.Prices and payment

    • All prices are in euros (€). Where applicable, IVA will be added at the current rate and shown clearly on your quote and invoice.
    • For all work, payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where we send an invoice, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
    • You can pay by bank transfer or any other method shown on your invoice.
    • If payment is late, we may charge interest at the statutory rate and recover our reasonable costs of collecting the debt.

    10.Cancelling or rearranging

    • Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. For shorter notice we may charge a reasonable fee to cover our lost time.

    11.Our work and your responsibilities

    • We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.
    • Please move items away from the work area before we arrive, and make sure the appliance is cool and switched off.
    • Please tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as known problems with the appliance or previous work carried out by others.
    • We are not responsible for existing faults in the appliance or the structure of the property, or for problems caused by these that we could not reasonably have spotted.

    12.Our liability

    • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
    • We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill.
    • We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for delays or problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, supplier delays or illness.
    • We hold public liability insurance.

    13.Complaints

If you are not happy with our work, please email happyhorno@gmail.com as soon as possible and give us the chance to inspect and put things right. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

    14.General

    • We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in place when you booked.
    • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
    • These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain will deal with any disputes.
